How long Is delivery?

All Blocs are handmade to order so all orders are despatched within 3 working days. You can then select Royal Mail 1st, 2nd, 24 tracked or 48 tracked at checkout.

My order has arrived but there Is a problem. What do I do?

What is the Best Before?

All of our Blocs are handmade to order so have a Best Before of 3 months from your order date.

How do I store my Bloc?

We recommend storing in a dry cool place. Please keep White Chocolate bars out of light.

Do you supply Wholesale/weddings/events?

All of our blocs may contain the following:

Milk, Soya, Wheat, Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Eggs.

What events are you going to be at?

We do a lot of events around the UK (mainly In the South of the UK). Please email us at Blocochoc@outlook.com to see what events we have coming up :)

I really want a flavour Bloc that is not on your website. Are you able to do this?

Yes! As long as the topping is available in any local supermarket. Just email us at Blocochoc@outlook.com before so we can check we can get the topping.
